I watch Deadliest Catch whenever it’s on and I’m always pulling for the Cornelia Marie to win the competitions between the other boats out at sea. I love the rivalry with Sig and the other Captain’s. It’s always a hoot when you see a prank in action. I love Paula Deen and watch Food Network a lot. I was so happy I stopped on the channel when your show was on. I said to my husband, “Hey honey, It’s Phil from Deadliest Catch, right?” I wasn’t sure at first because you were clean shaven. I would love to know more about your bird houses. Can’t wait to see new episodes of Deadliest soon!

My Husband and I are avid watchers of Deadliest Catch. My Grandpa was a commercial fisherman in Alaska for most of his life and his Father before him. My Husband’s family are watermen on the Chesapeke Bay in MD. Needless to say it was a very pleasent surprise when my Husband met Phil Friday, Dec. 21 comming out of a bank, and later watching him on the FoodNetwork with Paula Deen, whom I love. It was also my brother-in-law’s birthday and I’m sorry to say but I’ll always associate Dec. 21 with this rather than just being his birthday – sorry Joey!

Phil Harris was terrific! I couldn’t stop laughing at Paula, being the usual flirt to him! It didn’t phase Captain Phil at all. I wish I could watch a rerun of the show.

Thought the show was great. I noticed that Phil was the only guest that actually did his cooking & wasn’t justPaula’s helper.
Watched THe Deadliest Catch marathon yesterday, brought back alot of fond memories of past shows. Laughed my ass off alot of the time. Since at Opi season the tables are so cold the crab freeze when they hit the table isn’t there something like a large rubber mat that can be used so the crab won’t hit the metal & freeze?
Can’t wait for the new shows, the sneak peeks looked great!
Hope you kick some ass Opi season.

No offense but, Phil, you never update your blog!! This was last year, are you just sitting around on your butt? We’re all really excited to see what you’re up to! I mean, you’re hilarious. I love it when you swear. And the way you swear is different from the way my mom swears. You say something, then when you’re done you swear about five times in a row. It’s great and I love it. My mom isn’t as good at swearing as you even. I wanted to see you swear at Paula, because that would be really funny, but you didn’t.

Anyway, have a great season! I’m betting on you so you better. Say something if you’re ever in Maine!

GO cornelia marie!!!
